Jae Kim
Physiotherapist, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Pilates Instructor
Jae is our principal physiotherapist. His special interests lie in lower back management, knee rehabilitation, osteoporosis management, and sports-specific strengthening. He strongly supports and employs an evidence-based approach. Jae has studied Human Neuroanatomy prior to studying Physiotherapy and went on to study many other courses including Pilates, Strength and Conditioning, TMJ, etc. Jae also works closely with athletes in weightlifting, powerlifting, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, rugby, and basketball. In his spare time, Jae likes to exercise at the gym, train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and read.
Brandon Levin
Remedial Massage Therapist
Brandon is avid about health and fitness. His practicing interests lie in pain and injury management, injury prevention, exercise recovery, and stress management. Brandon has experience working with a wide range of individuals including athletes of various sports, the elderly population, young parents, and office workers. Brandon enjoys playing soccer and exercises at the gym with a focus on functional movements.
Shweta Dhawan
Yoga Teacher (@Shivflowyoga)
Shweta is trained in the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya and teaches classical hatha yoga with a breath-centred Pranayama in focus. She committed herself to the holistic practice of the eight limbs of yoga in 2010 and has since completed a 600-hour diploma in yoga teacher training and most recently became a certified meditation instructor. Having taught students of all ages and experience, she understands the importance of adjusting poses, ensuring classes are safe and accessible for all. Students are encouraged to slow down, listen to and honour the body. Classes are balanced, creating deep states of stillness and clarity along with building strength and flexibility. Her harmonizing approach helps students integrate yoga into their daily lives.
Jasmine Lam
Pilates (Mat) instructor
Jasmine is our corporate turned Pilates convert. Engaging in Pilates practice in her own time since 2017, Jasmine brings her passions for teaching and Pilates together. She is a certified mat Pilates instructor and is devoted to helping students maintain good technique to maximise correct muscle engagement. Her style of classes is low impact, with a focus on controlling movements and building strength in the core, glutes and back muscles. There are options for different experience levels, and all you need is yourself, a mat and a smile!
